Requirements:

>>Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)

>>A tertiary qualification in Tourism Management will be advantageous

>>Minimum of 1 year experience within airport operations environment specifically derived from customer service touch points 

>>Must have Airport Passenger Handling (APH), Part 382, LERAP, Human Factor, Safety Management Systems, Verification of Travel Documents, Dangerous Goods (DG), Airside and Altea Customer Management System
