The Gauteng Department of Health is looking to hire CSSD Operators (5 Posts) at the Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital (REF NO: 05053)
Salary: R87 330 per annum (plus benefits)
Requirements
•ABET level 4 or Grade 10.
•Ability to read and write.
•Good communications and planning skills, good interpersonal relationship and problem solving skills.
•Experience in Basic Health Care Services.
Duties:
•Able to maintain infection prevention and control, knowledge of the principles of infection control in the working area and differentiate between a clean and a dirty area.
•Able to wash and pack sets and operate autoclaves.
•Pack theatre linen according to the principles.
•Maintain safety measures in the working area to prevent occupational health hazards.
•Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
