Junior Sous Chef required for a fine dining restaurant of a 5-star boutique hotel in the Eastern Suburbs of Pretoria.  

Minimum requirements:
Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution.At least 5 years' total cookery experienceA minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous ChefA minimum of 3 years' experience in the kitchen of an a la carte restaurantStrong a la carte experience – commercial kitchens or hotel only will not be considered
