SALARY : R288 135 per annum (Total package of R393 524 per annum/ conditions apply)

CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate recognized three year Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a relevant equivalent qualification; Relevant experience in the field of LAN and Desktop Support; ITIL Foundations Certification will be an added advantage; Microsoft Certification (Administrator or Engineer level); Project Management Skills; Problem solving and analysis skills; Good communication and customer focus skills; Knowledge of best practice frameworks for IT Service Management

DUTIES : Provide dedicated Desktop and Mobile support services; Manage and maintain video conference facilities within the Department; Provide daily LAN and Desktop facilities as required by the Department; Ensure adherence to defined and approved software standards; Develop Incident Management Procedures; Implement and utilize monitoring tools for LAN and Desktop; Test and implement approved security solutions and changes to LAN and Desktop environment; Ensure compliance with relevant legislative frameworks; Participate in the implementation of IT Projects
