Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12 certificate,
- Computer Literacy and knowledge on SAP (R 3-Inventory) will serve as an added advantage.
Duties:
- Managing of Inventory stores. Issuing of Inventory stock to the department officials. Capture all issues on SAP and updating bin cards .Conduct spot checks and monthly stock counts. Filing of receipts, ensuring that the stores are neat and tidy at all times. Receiving of stock from suppliers, capture on SAP and update bin cards. Provide monthly reports to Supervisor. Assist the Asset Management Unit with Assets verification and bar code when necessary.
