Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant qualification with 12 months experience in Training and Development.
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, as well as knowledge of the SDA/SDF policy, Batho Pele and other legislative policies, and good communication skills.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support function within the Training and Development unit. Be in a position to conduct skills audit, conduct needs analysis, collate and assist in collecting monthly training reports from relevant stakeholders within the sub-district facilities, assist with the booking of training venues, contact attendees and Department representatives about training programmes, capturing of monthly meeting minutes. Maintain employee records and perform all duties allocated by supervisor (within scope of practice).
