Requirements:
Grade 12 valid code 10 driver's licence and PDP 2 years experience in the public/private company vehicle and subject to competency test(practical driving test skills)
Duties:
Transport patients and official to and from various destinations. Collect blood specimens to various destinations. Update log sheets and trip authority forms on daily basis. Conduct regular inspection of vehicles and report defects immediately. Keep allocated vehicles neat and tidy at all times.Submit petrol cards and receipts after refill to the supervisor. Work compulsory shifts and standby according to the roster. Ensure cleanliness of vehicles.
