REQUIREMENTS :
NC (V) Level 4 or senior certificate. No Experience.

DUTIES :
KRA: Reception Administration: Maintain the reception area. Attend to visitors and clients. Operate switchboard and screen all incoming calls. Administer the staff attendance register. Maintain the first aid box and register. Maintain fax register.
Maintain vehicle booking diary/register. Administer applications received for vacant positions. KRA: Secretarial Support: Answer queries and communicate with visitors, staff and clients. Prepare documentation as required.

Should you be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
