Requirements and Duties:

Requirements:

>>Grade 12

>>Data-entry skills (35WPM typing speed minimum requirement)

>>Excellent communication skills (articulate, well spoken)

>>Administrative proficiency

 

Duties:

>>Assist the Technical Services Manager with administrative functions relating to the Technical Services Department

>>Manage the flow of day to day work in the Technical Services Department.

>>Control of technical store and stock.

>>Responsible for all technical filing as per applicable technical policies and procedures

>>Assist with administration requirements for all new (permanent as well as agency employed) technical staff

>>Operator of the MyMarket system – placing orders, tracking orders and reporting to the TSM

>>Responsible for the follow-up of all My Market orders regarding GRVs, GRCs, Pos and outstanding work.

>>Operator of the CMMS

>>Maintain an accurate asset register of maintenance significant items (MSI) on the CMMS as well as scheduling and managing of schedules on the system.

>>Responsible for assigning tasks and accurately capturing and completing all tasks on the CMMS, recording spares used, time taken, costs and labour involved as per Netcare Technical requirement. 

>>Support effective interaction between Technical Department and the rest of the facility.

 

Work Experience:

>>1-2 years service industry experience

>>Private Hospital experience would be an advantage

 

Knowledge:

>>Advanced Computer literacy skills

>>Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
