Duties:
Support the store teams with financial and branding objectives by delivering exceptional Customer Service, achieving sales, stock and shrinkage targets and maintaining visual merchandising and communication standard
Qualifications and Technical knowledge and skills:
Grade 12 or relevant NQF level
1-2 years' experience in Retail Fashion is essential
Proficiency in English
Well-developed numeracy
Knowledge of current trends
Clothing and home product knowledge
Behavioural competencies:
Essential
Passion for retail the Brand and Customers
Initiative and problem solving ability
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to a positive and successful work environment
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales results
An eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
Knows, accepts and follows all policies and procedures
Results Driven and able to multitask
