REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate .One to two years experience in administrative function Knowledge: DoL and Compensation Fund objectives and business functions Directorate or sub-directorate goals and performance requirements, Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes, Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes, Stakeholders and customers, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles) COIDA Act, Regulations and Policies, Technical Knowledge. DUTIES : Administrate the promotion of sound Labour relations in the Fund. Capture all misconduct and grievance cases on PERSAL system. Document minutes of disciplinary hearings and make Compact Disk copies. Assist the sub-directorate in preparing documentation for advocacy sessions. Assist in procuring the best promotional material for employee relations. Co-ordinate and manage the flow of documents in and out of the function and track correspondence. Render effective administrative support services. Attend to Client .Respond to telephonic enquiries received from internal and external stake holders. Carry out filing and record keeping for employee relations unit. Receive and register hand delivered mail/ files Communicate outcomes of the grievance and misconduct cases. File correspondence and documents according to the Fund's knowledge management system. Co-ordinate and manage the flow of documents in and out of the function and track correspondence. Distribute confidential documents. Make requisition of stationery Make logistical arrangements for travelling and accommodation.
