SALARY : R103 494 per annum (Level 4)
CENTRE : Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate with a valid driver's licence with at least three to five (3-5) years driving experience. Note: The following will serve as strong recommendations: Analytical and problem solving skills; Good interpersonal relations; Ability to work under pressure; Ability to manage and organize; Assertive and have a sense of urgency.
DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible to: Manage incoming and outgoing mail documents; Fetch mail from the Post Office, newspapers and other papers in the morning and afternoon; Distribute mail within the Department and Ministries (cabinet Memoranda); Make photo copies of documents for distribution to other ministries and public; Photocopy documents and all incoming and outgoing faxes and letters of the Branch as required; Assist with the labelling of addresses on envelopes; Shred documents when required; keep register of incoming and outgoing mail/documents; make photocopies of documents and prepare mail for posting; Render driver functions to the Branch as required; Deliver urgent/important documentation; Fetch/deliver officials from airports; Collect urgent document/provisions; procurement of refreshments for Branch.
