Directorate FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Package R 152 862 per annum (Plus benefits)
Requirements:
Grade 12(matric) with finance related subjects and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience (relevant degree and/or Diploma will be an added advantage). Working knowledge of relevant acts, prescripts and regulations such as PFMA and treasury regulations, computer literacy (MS OFFICE), knowledge of SAP AND BAS will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Duties:
Ensure that all monies due to the state are collected and banked within 24 hours, issuing and replenishment of petty cash, Ensure that all suppliers payments are settled within 15 days upon receipt of an invoice, perform monthly suppliers reconciliation, handle all queries related to payments of suppliers, compile monthly reconciliations of transversal systems (BAS/PERSAL;BAS/MEDSAS;BAS/SAP;BAS/RECEIPTS;BAS/DEPOSITS;BAS/PARKING AND BAS/ACCOMMODATION),monitor NGO`S expenditure reports and subsidy claims. Perform any other work related duties as may be required from time to time.
