Twelve Months Contract
SALARY : R196 407 per annum
CENTRE : Cape Town Regional Office
REQUIREMENTS :
A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification with experience in MS Office software (Word & Excel), Good communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent typing skills and good telephone etiquette. The position requires candidates with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
DUTIES :
Responsible for receiving, recording, batching and capturing of all day to day maintenance and contract payments on PMIS. Record payments on the batch
voucher and send to Finance for final authorization. Ensure that the payment register is updated with correct payment information on daily basis. Assist with daily receiving compiling of manual rentals, municipal services and levies payments. Compile weekly progress report of payments.
