REQUIREMENTS :
Grade 12 preferable. Experience in Warehousing and the possession of a valid drivers’ license will be an advantage. Special requirements (skills needed): Computer literacy (Word, Excel). Interpersonal relationship skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting processes and financial management mainframe computer systems. Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal). Orientated towards teamwork and receptive to work related suggestions/ideas. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations. Prepared to work overtime.

DUTIES :
Receive, handle and bin medical and general consumables. Conduct stock
take on all assigned stock. Compile discrepancy reports. Compile demand/requirement sheets. Update tally cards. Detect and report all irregularities. Ensure safekeeping of all assigned stock/property.
